I wanted to get in the 130s, and by god, we did it!
I think the theoretical min here is just over 100, would love to see it.

P5 for Earth
P5 for Water
P6 for Air (because the arm jams itself in while duplicating air)
P5 for Explosive

Period 4 is possible for most of these, but it requires a non-track move as both the first and last action of the input grabbing track loop.  Every layout I explored with this property had to make significant sacrifices elsewhere.

Order is extremely important on this solve.  Earth duplication is extremely ...uh... "creative", and putting it first means there's no downtime setting it up later.  Explosive has a lower latency than Water or Air, so it goes last.  In all, there's only 1 cycle wasted in between products here (between Water and Air).
